Pupil Leadership

  /    /  Pupil Leadership

We encourage children to be involved in a range of activities, including taking on responsibilities and participating in the wider life of the school.

School Council

In September we hold elections in each class. Pupils vote for a boy and a girl to become class representatives for the School Council  and a boy and a girl to act as Deputies. The School Council then meet regularly with Mrs Keefe and Mr Allen to discuss issues which are important to our school. Our School Councillors for this academic year will be announced at assembly and published in the weekly newsletter.

Head Boy and Head Girl

Children are invited to apply for the role. The chosen candidates and deputies are announced in the weekly newsletter.

Anti-Bullying Ambassadors

A group of Y5 and Y6 children who have been trained to support other children on the playground. We are currently working towards an accreditation from the Diana Foundation.

Reading Ambassadors

Our keen readers in Y6 help promote a love of reading across the school.

Sports Leaders

Green Team
